Further operator details are available in the legal notice.
Delivering this website
To establish a connection, the server processes your IP address, request time, requested URL and technical information sent by your browser. The purposes are to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
There is no separate access log recording every landing-page visit. Infrastructure and analytics-server operational, diagnostic or security logs may contain technical information, including IP addresses. These logs use size-limited rotation and are kept for as long as needed to investigate faults or security events. Information that is no longer needed is removed during regular operational reviews; relevant incident records may be kept until the investigation is complete.
Contacting us by email
We process the sender’s name and email address, message, requested dates, attachments and delivery-related email information to answer your question and handle the discussion you requested. For rental enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For other general questions, it is Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Email contact is voluntary. We need a reply address to answer you. You do not have to provide your name, email or payment details to use the interest button. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or an automated newsletter.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and its justified continuation. We regularly review whether closed enquiries still need to be kept and delete information when no further administrative, statutory or legal-claims purpose remains. No automatic mailbox purge based on a fixed number of days is currently in place. Documents related to an actual contract or dispute are assessed separately.
Cookies and local preferences
The landing page uses no analytics or advertising cookies, login session or external font service. Your language choice is reflected in the URL; we store no separate language identifier.
If you disable measurement here, we save only the umami.disabled = 1 opt-out preference in your browser’s local storage. It is not a visitor identifier and serves only to remember the privacy choice you requested. It applies to this website in this browser until you remove it or clear your browser data. Opting out prevents future measurement; it does not erase previous statistics.
Cookieless audience measurement
Audience measurement operates with the limits described below.
We use self-hosted Umami to understand website use and interest in the rental service in aggregate. We rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in assessing demand and improving this website, subject to the data-minimisation limits described here.
Measurement may process the page path and title, time, referring website domain, browser language and type, operating system, device type and screen size, and approximate country, region and city derived from an IP address. We do not request GPS location. Custom events record only interest-button or email-link clicks, their placement and the Hungarian or English page version.
We do not send names, email addresses, message contents, requested dates, URL query parameters or fragments to analytics. Only the referring domain is retained, excluding the full path and query. There are no session replays, advertising profiles, personally assigned identifiers or tracking linked across other websites.
IP addresses are temporarily available when establishing a connection and during Umami’s technical processing. The analytics database does not store the raw IP address; a changing technical identifier is derived from it and browser information. Estimated visitors and sessions cannot reliably identify individual people. Infrastructure logging is a separate activity.
A monthly cleanup removes analytics records older than 13 months. Because cleanup runs monthly, a record may remain in the active database for approximately 14 months at most. Daily recovery backups may retain deleted information for approximately one additional month and are used for restoration.
We respect Do Not Track and the browser-specific opt-out below. Disabling measurement does not affect the website or interest dialog. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.
You can disable measurement for this browser here.
